Adolescent Reproductive Health

Local, state, and federal public and private financial and policy investments in access to sexual and reproductive health for adolescents has been vital in helping to improve outcomes over the past 20 years, resulting in increases in contraceptive use and declines in adolescent pregnancy. School-based health centers are key providers of these services to their student populations in many parts of the county, through their clinical services as well as classroom education.
