2015-2017 and 2018-2020. With funding from the San Francisco Foundation, the California School-Based Health Alliance (CSHA) contracted with the SHS Research Team to conduct an evaluation of a program to expand school health centers’ work on trauma-informed healing practices in select schools in Oakland Unified School District. Methods included tracking trauma screenings and follow-up for individual and group behavioral health services and supports provided by school health centers. A client satisfaction survey was also administered to students who participated in trauma-informed support groups.
