Dr. Morse’s research focuses on the health of women and young people. She is specifically interested in the implementation of policies and delivery of services for women in the areas of maternal health, sexual and reproductive health, and gender-based violence. She employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how care is provided in these areas and patient experiences of care. She has consulted for the Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization on projects related to sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, and health systems. Her commitment is to translating evidence to health service and policy improvements to safeguard reproductive justice and improve health outcomes.
